Crop Rotation

Description: Have you ever wondered if you can and should do crop rotation in your vegetable garden, even if your growing area is limited? In this class, you will learn the many benefits of crop rotation in your vegetable garden. You will learn what it is, which plants benefit from it, and how to implement it within your own growing space. Join us at the Gardening Education Center (GEC) for a wonderful learning experience.

UC Master Gardener Presenter Carol O'Donnell: Carol has been a Master Gardener since 2006. For 15 years, she has maintained a plot at Beresford Park Community Garden in San Mateo. She gardens at her home and particularly enjoys growing vegetables. Her current focus is working and teaching at the 5,000 square foot Gardening Education Center (GEC), the Master Gardener demonstration garden at the San Mateo County Event Center.
